Common buying questions.
Can I still buy from PrivacyHero.com?
Hardware checkout has moved to our retail partners. Use the store links on this page to shop.
Is NordVPN included everywhere?
No. Choose Privacy Hero 2 + NordVPN for a router with NordVPN included, or choose the standard router with Privacy Hero VPN and the option to add NordVPN during activation.
Do I have to purchase a prepaid subscription during activation?
No. The Renew Later option lets you activate the included service term without buying a prepaid extension. A payment method is still required and recurring renewal should be reviewed or disabled before the billing date.
Where can I get help after I buy?
Start with the FlashRouters Privacy Hero setup guides. For personal assistance, use the FlashRouters contact form, or open the chat box on FlashRouters.com. If chat is offline, leave a message and the support team can follow up.
